Specification Details  
Design Soft transparent PVC wall and galvanised steel spiral.
Temperature Range -15°c to +60°c
Applications  
  Sewage. Suction and delivery of slurry. Transfer of chemical products, food products, liquids, powders and dust.
Advantages  
  Both high quality PVC and a galvanized steel spiral make Spire Acier a hose highly resistant to vacuum and crushing. The smooth inner wall assures low flow losses and easy cleaning. Spire Acier is suitable for food contact applications of up to 40°c. Alcohol beverages up to 50% alcohol content can also be conveyed up to 40°c.
Couplings  
  Guillemin or Storz symmetrical couplings, cam or universal joint connectors-Fixing with single thread or spiral collars. Crimping band collars are not recommended as they do not ensure that there will be any prevention of any leakages and also increases the risk of the spiral getting crushed and/or broken.
