Ultra Oil Filter Skirted Boom

APPLICATION

• Designed to capture floating and submerged oil at sea in harbours, lakes and canals and prevent contamination of the surrounding shore line

FEATURES & BENEFITS

• Constructed from Ultra-X-Tex fabric
• Allows water to pass through freely while filtering any oil present
• 850mm deep weighted skirt hangs below the boom capturing any oil that is under the water but close to the surface
• Additional 1524mm skirt can be quickly added for deeper water protection
• Multiple booms can be connected for long, continuous runs and easy deployment and retrieval
• Floats on the surface of the water with a 150mm dia closed cell foam float
• Ultra Microbes can be added to provide a bio-remediation element if required
